Vexve Armatury Group companies join their forces under the Vexve brand

Vexve Armatury Group is the leading European provider of mission-critical valve solutions for the energy sector and selected energy-intensive industries. Starting 1st of February 2024 Vexve Armatury Group will be known as “Vexve”.
The new brand brings together more than 80 years of experience in valve design and manufacturing. Standing even more united, Vexve is proud to announce that its high-quality products will in future be known as "Vexve", "Vexve Armatury" and "Vexve ZMK". The company has five fully owned production facilities in Finland, Czechia, Germany, and China, with circa 100,000 m2 of manufacturing area and an invested asset base of over EUR 100m.

Already 75 % of the company’s revenue is coming from businesses and products, which are enabling a low-carbon future. This includes district energy, hydrogen, hydropower and nuclear, as well as highly customized valves for energy-intensive industries to help customers reduce their emissions. For 2024 Vexve has set an ambitious goal to become carbon neutral in its own operations by the end of the year.
