Dieseko, Movax and Watson & Hillhouse today announced the formation of a new platform under DevCo ownership, united by a shared long-term ambition: to build a leading global piling and foundation equipment platform. Together, the three businesses combined decades of engineering expertise, complementary technologies and trusted customer relationships to create an even stronger foundation for long-term growth and customer value.

Together, the three highly complementary businesses bring together leading engineering expertise, specialised equipment and trusted customer support capabilities serving piling and foundation customers worldwide. Each business contributes distinctive strengths, creating a broader platform with greater capabilities to serve customers across markets, applications and project needs.

Watson & Hillhouse, headquartered in the United Kingdom, is a trusted specialist in piling and foundation equipment with a long heritage of technical expertise, equipment solutions and customer support. Each business will maintain its unique brands and identity while becoming part of a broader foundation equipment platform, enabling greater collaboration, shared capabilities and operational synergies to support sustainable growth.
