Mikko Heinonen appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of DevCo Partners

• DevCo Partners Oy has appointed Mikko Heinonen as a Member of the company's Board of Directors as of 1.5.2025.

Mikko Heinonen works as an Attorney and Partner at Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions and assignments related to securities markets and corporate law. Mikko has served as Hannes Snellman's Managing Partner in 2011–2019 and he has completed his degrees at both the University of Turku (LL.M, 1997) and Harvard Law School (LL.M, 2002). The President of the Republic of Finland granted Mikko Heinonen Finnish honorary title “Lagman” in 2024. During his career, he has held several significant positions of trust.
