Kerttu has worked at KONE Corporation as an Executive Vice President, Human Resources and as a member of the Executive Board from 2002 until 2017. Currently, she serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Huhtamäki Oyj, and as a board member at Medix Biochemica Group Oy, the Finnish National Opera and Ballet, and YIT Oyj.
