Background

I have substantial experience from value creation work at medium-sized Northern European companies – situations ranging from rapid growth to turnarounds, sectors from construction to healthcare and company size from sales of around EUR 15m to 1bn. In addition to private equity, I have also worked with public equities and debt investing. International operations and growth are familiar topics for me – in fact, I’ve worked outside of Finland vast majority of my professional career.

Why DevCo?

Prior to DevCo, I worked nearly ten years within private equity. Over time, I noticed that the days I enjoyed the most always involved working together with portfolio companies on business development. At DevCo, we are privileged to be able to work very closely and truly hands-on with exceptional companies.
